We\u2019re happy to share some of the highlights here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Event: Hydrogen Americas Summit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Date: June 8, 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Session: <em>Hydrogen Applications \u2013&nbsp; Priorities in Decarbonizing Heavy Industry<\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaker: Sanjay Shrestha, Chief Strategy Officer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/8OOe928NuGug6o_7EqVPzqXNZH1-sKmJ332bA00hx-Ag21EC-xAXpqoKMKbIkDVJ7VGq5Hn0OY1xrCuyeJilndwGge1J9YV_e_HgWONBk343K6zfD9ne-hEQ_eEhHHbfshr8WVhJ\" alt=\"Sanjay Shrestha\n\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hydrogen Americas Summit is a four-day event that gathers government representatives, hydrogen and energy stakeholders, service providers and end users to discuss hydrogen opportunities across the entire continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanjay joined panelists Maurizio Stucchi, Head of Industry of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.friem.com\/\"><strong>FRIEM<\/strong><\/a> and Dr. Maurizio Ponzetto, Senior Director Power System of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neeltran.com\/\"><strong>Neeltran Inc.<\/strong><\/a>, for a discussion about meeting key challenges in the built environment with clean tech innovation, led by Dr. Laura Nelson, Special Advisor of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghcoalition.org\/\"><strong>Green Hydrogen Coalition<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanjay highlighted the role of green hydrogen in decarbonization in transportation and industrial markets, noting that the technology already exists &#8211; it\u2019s just a matter of executing at scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key quote: \u201cWe can\u2019t afford to do nothing.
