On Friday, December 4, Plug Power again walked away with the recognition "ALB_BPTW_2015_H"of being one of the “Best Places to Work in the Capital Region”. The Albany Business Review showcased winners at the rock concert-styled event in four divisions: 10-24 employees, 25-49 employees, 50-149 employees, and 150+ employees – the division Plug Power was awarded in.

A selection of Plug Power employees from all facets of the company joined Andy Marsh to accept our award (word is, the chocolate cake was amazing!). But, an even more important, long-term aspect that makes Plug Power a best place to work is the culture embodied within the walls of our organization. This"20151204_133019" unique culture came out in the answers we gave to the questions that the Business Review posed to each winner. Here’s what we said about what it’s like to work at Plug Power:

Why does Plug Power rock? What sets the Plug Power culture apart? At Plug Power we all share the desire to innovate and drive to not only continue to meet our customers’ needs at every turn, but to exceed them. At Plug Power, we have an unyielding desire to build something that will change the way the world moves.
